Thai Green Curry
Ingredients
-
1kg of diced chicken (can use any protein source)

2x shots “Five Taste” Thai Green Curry shots
-
1 x can light coconut milk
-
Veggies of choice – beans, peas, broccoli, capsicum etc
-
Crushed garlic
-
Brown onion
-
Chilli (optional for extra spice)

Basmati or brown rice (can also use cauliflower rice)
Method

In a heated frying pan, cook garlic and diced onion
-
Add chicken and cook until white all over

Once cooked, add 2x Thai green curry shots and mix through

Pour 1 can of light coconut milk and stir through
-
Add chilli (optional)

Add veggies of choice, mix through and place lid on top to let simmer for 10-15mins

Serve with your choice rice
