Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients

Lean Chicken/ Beef/ Turkey/ Pork Mince (may Also use Tofu)

Val Verde Passata Sauce
-
Tinned Diced tomatoes
-
No sugar BBQ Sauce
-
Crushed garlic
-
Brown onion
-
Chilli
-
Mixed herbs
-
Himalayan Salt & cracked Pepper
-
Greens of choice
-
Pasta of choice
Method
-
In a heated frying pan, brown off diced onion and minced garlic
-
Once onion in cooked add your choice of protein and cook until brown

Add ¾ jar of Passata Sauce, tinned tomatoes, sugar free BBQs sauce and stir through

Sprinkle with desired amount of chilli, mixed herbs and Salt & Pepper

Add greens of choice and let simmer for 10-15mins

Once everything has cooked down, add to pasta and enjoy!
