Summer Smoothie
Ingredients

20g of Protein Powder of choice
-
1 x frozen banana (80-100g)

1 x mango cheek
-
1 x handful of spinach
-
1 x handful of kale
-
1/2 a zucchini
-
Sprinkle of cinnamon
-
Ice & Water
-
(You could also add raw oats to make it a more filling breakfast smoothie!)
Method

Blend all ingredients together in a Nutribullet, blender or ninja style blender until mixture is completely smooth
-
Pour over ice and drizzle with honey on top
