Chocolate Chia
Pudding
Ingredients

90g organic banana
-
200ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder
-
Dash of vanilla extract
-
1 tablespoon of honey
-
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
-
100g of organic coconut yoghurt (optional)

Granola of choice (optional)
Method

Add banana, cacao powder, vanilla extract, honey and almond milk into a blender and blend until smooth

Pour liquid into a mason jar or glass and mix in the chia seeds
-
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before whisking once more
-
Place in fridge for 2 hours (or overnight) to set
-
Once pudding is set, top with your favourite ingredients!
I have used Organic Coconut yoghurt and finished with Granola!
